Acceptance of TermsBy using our services, requesting an estimate, or hiring TrueSpectrum Painting, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Scope of Work
All painting services are performed according to the written estimate or agreement. Any work outside the original scope requires written approval and may result in additional charges.Pricing & PaymentsPricing is based on the agreed scope of work.
Deposits may be required before scheduling. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.Scheduling & Delays Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, or unforeseen conditions.
TrueSpectrum Painting is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Change Orders
Any changes to the project must be approved in writing before work begins. Change orders may affect pricing and completion time.Customer ResponsibilitiesCustomers are responsible for providing clear access to the work area, securing personal belongings, and ensuring pets and children are kept away from work zones.
Surface Conditions & Repairs
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions such as rot, mold, peeling caused by previous coatings, or hidden damage unless explicitly included in the agreement. Additional repairs may require a change order.Paint & MaterialsColor selections must be approved prior to application. TrueSpectrum Painting is not responsible for dissatisfaction related to color choice once applied.
Any remaining paint will be left with the customer unless otherwise noted.WarrantyA limited workmanship warranty may be provided if stated in writing. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, moisture damage, structural issues, or damage caused by others or acts of nature.CleanupWe make every effort to leave the job site clean and orderly upon completion.Limitation of LiabilityTrueSpectrum Painting’s liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are purchased or work is scheduled.Governing LawThese Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
